Bust, Hip and waist measurements represent garment circumference rather than flat and seam - to - seam. This allows for 'the give' and the relaxed fit! Hearts Desire garments are handmade, and let's be real - we are a small business, not a manufacturing company, so there may be some slight variations than pictured.
